Bio

Being brought up in Oswestry I have always admired the diverse art community this town has, with multiple small businesses, galleries and events celebrating Shropshire's creativity. This welcoming family of creatives sparked my interest in art resulting in over ten years of studying art itself and completing an Art History Degree in Manchester Metroplitan University. Here I was able to gain a huge understanding of the history of art and the trends, allowing me to predict the publics artistic interest. I have taken part in many exhibitions, both creating these events and submitting my own work to be viewed by the public. 

Prior to this I have volunteered my time to working in Galleries located in the heart of Oswestry, learning what types of work have the most interest to customers. 

 

I, myself and know of many others who have created art and have not had the opportunity or time to show and release their work to the growing Shropshire art community. I hope to work with these people and support them and encourage the making of their expression.
